Continuing Education

Do you need continuing education credits? DTABC is committed to help our members meet the continuing education requirements as set out by the College of Dental Technicians of BC. Dental technicians must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours of continuing education in each three-year cycle. 24 credits must be technical and related to your scope of practice. You can also claim up to a maximum of 6 non-technical credits.

The current CE cycle began on March 1, 2017 and ends on February 29, 2020. The College will not renew your license registration if you have not met the continuing education requirements.
